And Day 5- a day for changes

I have to tell you- I have debated what to do with the wall of windows.....I loved the look- others thought it looked dirty and unhealthy- thinking about it- that is the last thing I want in my studio, but I didn't want to stick sheetrock or replaster- so along with my awesome help yesterday- thanks so much Travis!- it was decided to at least scrape the wall for peeling paint. I was scared when we started, but I love the look now. Very antique looking and no more falling paint.

Along with finishing that wall, we started to strip one of the windows. After seeing how hard this was- and working on it for 4 hours this morning and hardly accomplishing a thing, I think I am going to do something different with each window to give them all- at least 3 o0f them- completely different looks! What better for a studio than numerous backgrounds to choose from?

Oh and if you have an idea for the opposite wall- where the new non installed windows were before, let me know. It is still up for debate! Oh and the new windows for the boarded up ones were installed today! Still boarded up though- need help removing them :)
